The Crane Jet Explodes With Antonio Aboard While Luis Watches It Circle; Luis and Sheridan Remember a Past Life as a Pirate and a Governor's Daughter; Tabitha Turns Kay Into a Hellhound, Miguel Spears Her, She Becomes a Ghost, Then Cannot Have Children; Aunt Irma Under Fire For Whore Monologue; The Wheelers Are Katherine Crane and Martin Fitzgerald; Fox Confesses His Love to Whitney, Who Is Wet
A plane was named Sky King and behaved accordingly. A dress was not involved this time. The Gazette has verified everything below with the same instrument it always uses, which is a feeling.
Crane Jet "Sky King" Explodes Over the Ocean With Antonio and a Pilot; Sheridan Narrowly Escapes; Luis Watched a Plane Circle That She Was Not On
Antonio kidnapped his wife on his grandfather-in-law's advice. The plane took the loss of Sheridan personally.
Alistair phoned Antonio at the cottage to say that if Sheridan would not leave voluntarily, he should kidnap her, since "It worked for Luis" Antonio, who had spent the evening losing an argument about love, obeyed. He strapped Sheridan into a seat on the Crane jet, where the pilot, who takes orders from Alistair, called the whole thing "pretty romantic" and told her she sounded just like his wife before insisting she sit back down. Sheridan phoned Luis from the aisle. Luis raced to the airport, where a controller explained that no flight plan had been filed because the Cranes "make and break most of the rules in this town."
The jet was hailed on the radio by its call sign, Sky King, and did not answer. It circled. Alistair appeared in the tower to say Luis had just signed two death warrants, and the plane exploded on cue, which the Gazette notes is a very good piece of timing for a man who claims not to have been involved. Alistair later told a controller that Sheridan was "fish food by now." Sheridan, alive, reports that Antonio changed his mind at the last second and let her off before takeoff, then stayed aboard.
Luis and Sheridan Remember Being Harry the Pirate and Patience the Governor's Daughter; Antonio Brings a Gun; Alistair Brings a Judge's Son on Video
Past lives, a pendant older than the county, and a courtroom that was purchased in advance.
Stranded on an island with a fever, Luis was reminded of his previous incarnation: a pirate named Harry who loved Patience, a governor's daughter promised to a man named Andrew. Andrew relented. The Governor did not, and shot Harry with the line "Over my dead body." Luis produced the pendant he gave Sheridan "centuries ago." It had survived. Sheridan agreed that this was a miracle, and then, when Antonio arrived with a gun, pressed kidnapping charges against Luis to stop her husband killing him. Dear reader I am just as confused as you.
Alistair arranged a sentencing hearing with no trial and then showed Judge McFarlane a video of the judge's own son, adding that the child would be fine "as long as Luis goes to jail." The judge said "God help me." Alistair paid Antonio in forged passports and cash, "a bit more than thirty pieces of silver," and the charges were later dropped.
Tabitha Morphs Kay Into a Dog From Hell; Miguel Spears Her With a Metal Rod; Kay Haunts Charity as a Ghost; Kay Survives and Cannot Have More Children
The Gazette confirms that this is one story, and that it is the correct length.
To kill Charity, Tabitha turned Kay into "K-9 Kay" and sent her to the burnt remains of Charity's old house, where Charity was visiting her late mother. Miguel arrived, saw a vicious dog, and threw a metal rod at it. It was Kay. Tabitha described the resulting patient as "a human shish kebab" and Dr. Russell operated through a crash cart. Tabitha then appeared to Charity wearing Kay's ghost, shouting "I'm dead because of your selfishness," and Charity ended things with Miguel. Kay was not dead. Tabitha, informed, said "Oh, well. I've died dozens of times. You get used to it."
Kay can no longer have children. Tabitha called this "a blessing." Kay, now fully informed that the dog was her, observed that the whole thing was Tabitha's idea. Tabitha then ran Charity through a loop of visions of every disaster since she arrived until Charity agreed to leave town.
