Sheridan Kidnapped; Held in Clown Pit; Gives Birth; Drowns; Visits Heaven; As a Surf Ghost Visits Luis at the Station

The unconscious transfer. The soundproofed basement. The pit. The DVD. The ocean floor. The heaven. The Gazette covers the Sheridan kidnapping arc from abduction through celestial visitation.

Beth and Charlie rendered Sheridan unconscious and attempted to transport her to Beth's house. Charlie was found by Miguel and Charity at the roadside with a flat tyre; Charity sensed Sheridan was in danger, unaware she was in the back seat. Charlie's car was described as the one hauling a kidnapping victim past two people who would have stopped it, which is the kind of coincidence that Harmony produces with reliable frequency.

Sheridan was held in a pit in Beth's basement. Luis refused to call off the search despite Sam's orders and at one point fired his gun in Sam's direction — Sam covered for him in front of the mayor. Beth and Charlie soundproofed the basement. Mrs. Wallace panicked when she learned of the house-to-house search and was informed by Beth and Charlie that if they go down, she goes down with them. Luis searched Beth's basement at least twice and did not find Sheridan, who was in it, calling for help, and slowly waking to murmur his name.

Clown Beth got Sheridan to make a video saying she was in Paris. Charlie edited it and gave an extensive lesson in Video Editing. Luis initially accepted this. He then received a DVD of Sheridan appearing alive and well in Paris of her own free will. Luis told Antonio he accepts Sheridan is happy in Paris. Luis did not actually believe this. Luis continued to investigate. He received a note from Sheridan, written by Beth, along with the engagement ring, saying it is over for good. Luis was devastated. Luis still didn't fully believe it. A sketch of Charlie was eventually identified by someone who could name her.

Sheridan feared for her unborn child, struggled with what to do, refused to make a second video, and was threatened with a gun by her clown kidnappers. She eventually sank to the ocean floor in clad in concrete clown shoes, nyah see. She was dead, mostly dead. In heaven, she begged her mother for help. Her ghost came to the police station to see Luis. Katherine (her ghost mom) told her she needed to accept she was about to die. Beth, separately, was getting ready to kill Charlie and live happily ever after with Luis and a baby she has stolen.

Filed Separately · Precious · Fantasy Report

Precious had a fantasy about Luis choosing her over Beth and Sheridan. Precious subsequently had a second documented fantasy about having a baby with Luis. The Gazette notes that Precious's fantasy life is remarkably developed for someone engaged in a caregiving capacity and will monitor for further developments in this area.

Tabitha Delivers Demon Baby With Tail; Julian and Rebecca Present; All Three Taken to Hell; Kay's Baby Delivered by Emergency C-Section; Baby in NICU

Birth Announcement · Hell · Summer 2003

Tabitha Lenox delivered her daughter. Julian Crane and Rebecca Hotchkiss were in attendance, having been required to assist with the birth. When the baby emerged, both Julian and Rebecca were shocked by what they saw. Tabitha proclaimed her daughter the most beautiful demon baby ever born. Julian, Rebecca, and Tabitha were then taken to Hell, where the demon baby's arrival was celebrated by the denizens of the deep. The Gazette offers its congratulations to the new mother and files this announcement without further comment, as further comment would not improve it.

Prior to the birth, John witnessed some of Tabitha's supernatural pregnancy symptoms. He was all "NO WAY' and "WOAH, NO WAY", Ivy insulted Tabitha about looking pregnant, said she was too old. Tabitha announced to a stunned room that she is, in fact, pregnant, And Ivy is looking old too! Ivy asked who the father is. The Gazette notes that Tabitha's pregnancy, which has been concealed with varying success, is now public knowledge in Harmony, and that Julian is the father, and that Julian & Becks were present at the birth, and that all three parties subsequently visited Hell together, which may constitute the most unusual paternity reveal in soap opera history.

Charity levitated in her bedroom while having a nightmare about the demon Tabitha was carrying, accusing Tabitha of being evil. Tabitha was relieved Charity didn't remember seeing the demon baby. The demon baby had a major reaction to Julian's presence. The demon baby subsequently tried to kill Julian by choking him with its serpent tail when he visited, Shai Hulud style. Tabitha cast a spell on Rebecca when she made a crack about Tabitha's age.

Kay went into premature labour. Her water broke at Tabitha's house. Kay refused to leave for hospital without Miguel. Miguel was upstairs comforting a terrified Charity. The doctor told Grace and Pilar that Kay and the baby were in grave danger. Kay was taken to the O.R. for an emergency caesarean. Kay and Miguel spent time with their daughter before she was taken to the NICU. Eve said the baby might not make it. A Code Blue was called in the NICU, interrupting Kay's fantasy of a future with Miguel. The baby's condition deteriorated and then stabilised across several episodes in the established Harmony pattern of medical crisis management.

When the baby's condition worsened, Miguel went to Charity for comfort. Kay attacked her cousin, blaming her for everything. Death (He's Blue with Platnum hair. Huh) told Charity what would happen to the baby and told her she could change the outcome if she really wanted to. The Gazette notes that Charity has now been visited by Death in a pastoral advisory capacity, which is either an escalation of her supernatural premonition abilities or simply how things work in Harmony at this stage of the series.

Theresa Shoves Gwen; Gwen Loses the Baby; Gwen Develops Hysterical Amnesia; Remembers Everything; Blames Theresa

The pool confrontation. The fall. The hospital. The amnesia. The memory returning.

Gwen and Theresa had what is described as their nastiest encounter yet at the apartment pool area in Los Angeles. Theresa, confronted by Gwen about still being in L.A. after claiming she came to give them space, told Gwen she would take Ethan from her because Ethan loves her more, and blamed Gwen's stress and the baby's condition on Gwen's own insecurities. Gwen grabbed Theresa. Theresa shoved Gwen away. Gwen fell, hit her head, and lost consciousness. The rest of the group arrived to find this.

Gwen was hospitalised. Ethan's only concern was for his wife and child. Dr. Abel asked Theresa to leave. Theresa refused. Dr. Abel asked again. Theresa refused again. The entire hospital staff was disgusted to see Theresa using the crisis as an opportunity to be near Ethan. As the LA Nightly Gossip Show filmed Theresa and Ethan making out on the beach. It was all over the TV and all the nurses saw and have nicknamed Theresa "Slut" Theresa or "Slut" insisted she had a right to be there. Ethan was asked whether he wanted to save Gwen or the baby. He chose Gwen because he cannot live without her. Theresa became VERY Catholic about it. Ethan believed the baby was dead, and Theresa immediately tried to move in to comfort him. Ethan told her this was not the time. Dr. Abel corrected Ethan: the baby was not dead, but was in danger.

Filed With Full Weight · Gwen and Ethan's Baby Girl

Dr. Abel came out and told Ethan they had lost her. He meant the baby. Ethan assumed he meant Gwen. For a moment Ethan believed his wife was dead. When corrected, Ethan was relieved his wife was alive and heartbroken that his baby daughter was gone. He went in to be with Gwen. Theresa told Dr. Abel she had every right to be there. Dr. Abel told her she did not. Theresa remained in the hospital. Whitney threatened to never speak to her again if she didn't stop. Theresa still did not leave. Gwen fainted upon realising her daughter was dead. Ethan told her how much he loved her and apologised for not being able to save the baby. He said he could not lose Gwen because he loves her so much. The Gazette files this without editorial addition. Some things do not need the Gazette's tone applied to them.

Gwen subsequently developed hysterical amnesia, remembering nothing after arriving in L.A. When Theresa's voice triggered a memory, Gwen asked her to come in. Gwen, in her amnesiac state, thanked Theresa for being there, told her nothing mattered except the innocent baby. Theresa was about to leave when Gwen's memory returned completely. Gwen realised Theresa played a direct role in her daughter's death. The Gazette notes that this is the most precise possible timing for a memory to return, and that Passions understood exactly what it was doing with that sequence.

Liz Photographs Eve and Julian Kissing; Shows TC; Eve Stops Him Seeing It; Liz Vows to Destroy Whitney Too; Eve Has a Car Accident Worrying About TC Alone With Liz

Liz obtained the proof she needed: she secretly photographed her sister and Julian kissing. She told TC she had a picture she wanted to show him. Eve, learning of this, intervened and stopped TC from seeing it. Julian admitted to Eve that she makes him want to be a better person. Eve warned him not to change for her, saying she loves TC and her family. Julian expressed to Liz that he wishes he had married Eve when he had the chance. Liz refused Julian's attempt at bribery. Liz told Eve she intends to destroy not only her but Whitney as well, in order to inflict maximum damage. Eve, rushing to intervene when she feared what Liz might be doing with TC in her absence, got into a car accident. Julian comforted his devastated former lover. Julian promised to stand by her.

Julian confronted Liz about bringing Whitney to the Blue Note to hurt Eve. Julian noted to Liz that, without the Blue Note, which Alistair ordered Fox to sell, she now has no reason to stay in Harmony. Liz noted that she has reasons that are not the Blue Note. TC apologised to Eve for his behaviour. TC continued to spend time with Liz. Liz and Whitney bonded. Liz, knowing it would unnerve Eve, encouraged Whitney to pursue her passion for singing. The Blue Note fire, described as deliberately set by Eve, destroyed the building. TC wanted to know why Julian and Eve were near the club before the fire started. Eve, Fox, and Julian each faced questions. Fox covered for Eve and Julian. The fire marshal confirmed arson.

Chad Has a Wife; Latoya Has Not Signed the Divorce Papers; Syd Wants Chad; Fox Is Pulling Strings; Fox Is in Love With Whitney; Whitney Does Not Know

Chad and Whitney moved to L.A. and settled into the Crane apartment thanks to Fox. Fox showed them the city in style. Fox threw a pool party. Fox intercepted Chad's calls and learned of Chad's chance to work with an up-and-coming singer. Fox is pulling strings to keep Chad and Whitney apart, this has become clear across multiple episodes. Fox has a fantasy of a romantic future with Whitney. Whitney told Fox she thought he was in love with Theresa and encouraged him to pursue it. Fox was initially excited. He then realised she was not talking about herself. Chad and Whitney went to a nightclub where recording artist Myá performed. Fox took Syd under his wing, a seductive and talented singer who immediately developed an interest in Chad, planning to use her as a mechanism to separate Chad and Whitney.

Latoya walked in and slapped Chad. Latoya is Chad's wife. Chad and Latoya were married. Latoya never signed the divorce papers after he walked out on her years ago. Chad maintains the marriage was over when he left. Latoya maintains she is still his wife. Whitney was shocked. Puff Dog threatened to harm Whitney if Chad didn't give up Syd. The Gazette notes that Chad's situation in L.A. now involves: a wife he didn't tell Whitney about, a producer who wants him to work with a woman who wants him, a rival for Whitney's attention who is pulling strings from the apartment, and a music figure threatening physical harm to Vanila Ice his girl. Chad told Whitney he will always love her and will never leave her. The Gazette files this statement and notes the obstacles it faces.

Tabitha Announces Pregnancy to a Stunned Room; Asked Who the Father Is; Ivy Laughs She Is Too Old

Tabitha, confronted by Ivy's mockery about looking pregnant, announced to a stunned assembled group that she is indeed pregnant. Ivy asked who the father is. Tabitha was put on the spot. The Gazette notes that Julian Crane, who was present at the birth and was subsequently taken to Hell, has not been publicly named as the father, as per Tab's Wishes. The Gazette notes further that Julian and Rebecca have been to Hell together, and that the demon baby attempted to strangle Julian with a serpent tail upon his visiting, and that whatever Julian's feelings about this situation are, they have not been extensively documented because he was briefly in Hell.
