Theresa Evicts Ivy; Orders Sam to Throw Her Into the Blizzard; Ivy Ends Up at the Bennetts'; Kay Moves In With Tabitha

Theresa, having overheard Ivy and Rebecca badmouthing her and her family, ordered them out of the Crane mansion. Rebecca was saved from homelessness by Julian who insisted she was his guest. Ivy was not. Ethan attempted to find legal recourse to keep Ivy in the mansion and found nothing useful in his law books. Julian pleaded with Theresa on Ivy's behalf. Theresa was unmoved. She then summoned Sam Bennett, the Chief of Police of Harmony, to the mansion and instructed him to throw Ivy out into the blizzard. Sam complied. Grace, having been told Sam was handling a domestic dispute call, was not informed it was this domestic dispute. She was already enraged that Sam had brought Ivy home when she learned the truth. Ivy is delighted. She had planned to get closer to Sam forever, and she is now doing exactly that, having been placed there by the man she is pursuing, in a household she is actively destabilising, as a direct result of her enemy's decision.
Fox noted to Theresa that she may have gone too far, and then pointed out an unpleasant truth about Ethan to her. Theresa realised she may have accidentally done Ivy a favour. Gwen, watching all of this, told Ethan she wants to open his eyes to who Theresa really is. Ethan saw his ex in a new light. Gwen urged Ethan to move out of the mansion. Ethan announced he wanted to leave immediately. Rebecca, in private, told Gwen they should stay. Gwen reversed her position and tried to explain to Ethan why she no longer wanted to move. Fox overheard Rebecca agreeing to a million dollar reward to an informant for dirt on Theresa and shared that info with her. Theresa was certain nothing would come of it and was pleased that Ethan would not be leaving.
Meanwhile, and in a development that the Gazette notes is structurally connected, Kay moved out of the Bennett home and into Tabitha's. Kay told Tabitha she is going to tell everyone about her misdoing as a witch. Tabitha prepared to kill the troublemaking teenager. Kay blackmailed Tabitha into letting her stay. They are now housemates. Tabitha discovered, per her basement advisors, that Kay is to be her new partner in crime. Kay plans to use the evil in the basement to win back her family's trust and Miguel. The Gazette notes that Kay's plan has been consistently creative in its methods and consistently catastrophic in its outcomes, and sees no structural reason this iteration will differ.

Kay, having left home in the midst of the blizzard, fell and hit her head, like a dumb idiot. She was bleeding and unconscious in the snow. A report came in of a dead teenager matching Kay's description. The Bennetts were devastated. Grace blamed Sam. Ivy observed that Kay's death could benefit her, and began calculating accordingly. David was sickened by Ivy's response. The body was not Kay. Perhaps it was Cracked Connie, who has not been seen in weeks. The Bennetts began searching. Sam, David, and John went out into the snow. Sam came very close to finding Kay, who was lying unconscious nearby, but did not find her.
Charity's premonitions led her to Kay. Kay was recovered. Kay is at Tabitha's. She has a head injury significant enough that, when she subsequently disclosed the David and Ivy conspiracy, everyone concluded her head injury was making her delusional. The Gazette notes the strategic irony: Kay has been lying continuously for approximately forever, and the one time she tells the complete truth about something real, the credibility deficit she has accumulated prevents anyone from believing her.
Kay also tried to tell everyone that Tabitha is a witch. No one believed this either. Grace refused to believe Kay about David. Sam apologised to David. Grace was asked to apologise to Ivy. The conspiracy disclosure and the witch disclosure have been filed together in the town's collective consciousness under: Kay's Head Injury Talking. The Gazette does not agree with this classification but understands how it was reached.

Liz's sleepwalking act, previously deployed to get into TC's shower, has now extended to the bedroom. TC was found in a compromising position. Eve caught them. TC tried to explain. Eve does not believe the sleepwalking story. TC assures Liz he does not blame her. Once alone, Liz threatened Eve directly. Eve told Liz she is going to come clean with TC about her past. Eve then planned to do exactly this. She was stunned to find her husband and Liz in bed together before she could carry it out. The Gazette notes that Liz's timing has been precise throughout this operation and does not believe the sleepwalking story either.
Liz fantasises about a future with TC and about destroying her sister. The Gazette notes the word sister here and files it. The relationship between Liz and Eve has not been formally disclosed to TC, Whitney, Simone, or the rest of Harmony, and the Gazette notes it as significant context for what Liz's bombshell, when it arrives, will contain.
Eve and David are described as preparing to have their lives destroyed along with Ivy's as Grace begins, slowly, to believe Kay. Sam lashed out at Ivy. Ivy struggled to defend herself. Grace wavered when she realised that if what Kay says is true, John would not be her son. Kay and Sam were hurt by what they read into this response. The Gazette notes that the conspiracy is now unravelling from multiple directions simultaneously, and that Ivy's structural position is beginning to look unstable for the first time.
